By accessing or using the Fixedcation platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Fixedcation provides a Software as a Service (SaaS) Educational Resource Planning (ERP) platform. It allows schools to manage daily operations including attendance, fees, exams, and communications. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with or without notice to the users.

You must register for an account to use most of our Services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, impairs or renders the Service less efficient. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service.

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. If you fail to pay your subscription fees, your account and the accounts of your associated school members may be suspended or terminated.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Fixedcation and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both India and foreign countries.

We strive to ensure that the Service is available 24/7. However, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance or upgrades without prior notice.

In no event shall Fixedcation, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
